The release lists online booking with handling for last-minute cancellations, automated digital forms that sync to the practice management system, two-way texting and reminders, insurance verification and patient dashboards.
Analytics. DoctorLogic's privacy FAQ (opens in a new tab) says it manages a dedicated Google Analytics account for your site and copies analytics data into its own databases. You can also connect your own Analytics account.
Last verified October 23, 2026. DoctorLogic says its sites are HIPAA-compliant; the pages we checked don't say whether it signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), so ask.
Pricing and contracts: what's public
Prices: not published. DoctorLogic's marketing overview (opens in a new tab) shows no prices or packages and offers a 20-minute demo.
Paid search billing: published. DoctorLogic's help article on PPC billing (opens in a new tab) describes three parts:
- a monthly management fee for campaign work and reporting;
- the advertising budget, collected upfront with your monthly billing before each cycle and passed to your Google Ads account;
- any setup fees, agreed before launch.
Budget increases go through your Customer Success Manager and usually take effect on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Contracts: not published. The help center index (opens in a new tab) has no articles on contract length, cancellation, website ownership or BAAs, and the public pages don't cover them. Get each one in writing.

Who DoctorLogic fits best
DoctorLogic's published specialty pages cover dental practices and medical spas and aesthetics. Its other pages address practices by stage: new, established and mature.
When DoctorLogic is the better fit
- You want one marketing vendor with a named contact. Website, SEO, content, Google Ads and reputation from one team, with a Customer Success Manager for changes.
- You're a dental practice that also wants patient communication. The Yapi combination pairs marketing with forms, booking, texting and reminders from the same company.
- You sell elective, visual services. Aesthetic practices that rely on galleries and promotions may value SmartAI Galleries and Promotions. Our guides to med spa website design and plastic surgery website design show what those sites need.
- You'd rather not manage ad billing yourself. DoctorLogic collects the ad budget with its monthly bill and passes it to Google Ads.
A practice that wants published prices, month-to-month terms, or ad spend billed by Google straight to the practice card may compare the models below.
Alternatives by model
| Model | What you typically get | Pricing, as published | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthcare marketing vendor (DoctorLogic) | Website, SEO, content, Google Ads, reputation; Yapi patient communication | Not published; demo | Term, ownership, Analytics access |
| EHR suite with marketing | Marketing tied to an EHR and billing system | Usually a quote | Auto-renewal, website export terms |
| Full-service agency | Custom strategy, creative and video | Retainer or project fees | Minimum terms, ad-spend billing |
| DIY website builder | A site you build and maintain | Monthly or annual plan | Your time; HIPAA limits on forms |
| AI marketing platform (Medfy) | Website, SEO, AI visibility, analytics, CRM; ads as add-ons | $349/month base plan | What still needs your team |
For the EHR-suite model, our page on PatientPop alternatives covers Tebra's published terms.
Where Medfy fits
Medfy is AI marketing for independent practices, built HIPAA-compliant by design. The base plan is $349/month: your website rebuilt and hosted on your own domain, with a page per service, structured data and HIPAA-compliant forms; automated SEO; weekly AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews; first-party analytics; Google reporting; an AI CMO dashboard; and a patient CRM and inbox. Add-ons are Google Ads management ($199/month), Meta ads and AI creatives ($199/month) and a HIPAA AI chat widget ($49/month). Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta, never marked up. It's billed monthly, you can cancel anytime, and Medfy signs a BAA with every practice.
Medfy doesn't send SMS marketing or provide scheduling software, so a practice that relies on Yapi's texting, reminders or booking would keep a separate tool for those. You can see your scores in a free marketing audit, then a free preview of your rebuilt website before paying.
Questions to ask before switching
Whether you're leaving DoctorLogic or choosing it, ask the same things. Our list of questions to ask a vendor goes further.
- Term. What's the contract length, does it renew automatically, and how much notice ends it?
- Domain. Is the practice the registrant? If not, how and when does it transfer?
- Website. Do we keep the design, the written content and the photos, or only some? In what format can we export them?
- Analytics. DoctorLogic runs a dedicated Google Analytics account for client sites. Can we get admin access now, or an export of the history when we leave?
- Google Ads. Whose ad account is it, and does it stay with the practice?
- Leads and forms. Can we export every form lead, and will the vendor sign a BAA covering them?
- Reviews and listings. Which review and listing accounts are ours, and who holds the logins?
- Patient communication. If we use Yapi's forms, booking or texting, what replaces them, and how does patient data move?
Frequently asked questions
What does DoctorLogic do?
DoctorLogic, now branded Yapi + DoctorLogic, sells marketing to medical and dental practices. Its site lists medical website design, SEO, content marketing, Google Ads, reputation management and SmartAI content tools. Since combining with Yapi in March 2025, it also describes patient communication features such as digital forms, online booking, texting and reminders. Its specialty pages cover dental and medical spa marketing.
How much does DoctorLogic cost?
DoctorLogic doesn't publish prices; its site offers a 20-minute demo instead. Its help center says paid search is billed as a monthly management fee plus an ad budget collected upfront each billing cycle and passed to your Google Ads account, with any setup fees agreed before launch. Ask for a written quote covering each service, the term and cancellation.
Can I move my website away from DoctorLogic?
Any practice can change providers, but the agreement decides what comes with you. DoctorLogic's public pages and help center don't describe contract length, website ownership or export, so ask in writing about your domain, content, images, form leads and Analytics history. DoctorLogic says it runs a dedicated Google Analytics account for client sites, so request access or an export early.
