Your ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own ad accounts. Medfy never marks it up or takes a percentage — an ads add-on is a flat $199/month for managing your ads inside the limits you set.
There’s no long-term contract or minimum term. Medfy is billed monthly, in advance, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Yes. Every practice is covered by a Business Associate Agreement. Patient information from your website forms, chat widget, inbox and appointments is kept in separate, encrypted HIPAA databases in the United States or Canada, and it’s never sent to ad platforms.
Your domain stays yours, and you can point it elsewhere. Medfy hosts your website until the end of your billing period, and you can ask us to export your content and data before you go.
